Environmental Protection and Landfill Containment Solutions

1.Industry Pain Points & Challenges The anti-seepage system in environmental engineering allows for meticulous attention to detail. Common technical challenges include:

(1) Toxic leachate leakage: Traditional concrete or clay layers are prone to micro-cracks, allowing pollutants to seep into groundwater.

(2) Chemical corrosion and aging: Waste is highly corrosive and accompanied by high temperatures, easily causing ordinary materials to become brittle and fail.

(3) Slope instability and landslides: Landfill slopes are steep, and the friction between the anti-seepage material and the soil is insufficient, easily leading to overall slippage.

(4) Complex construction environment: The open-air environment is subject to strong UV (ultraviolet) radiation, requiring extremely high weather resistance of materials.

2.System Solution

Changfeng has constructed a “multi-layer composite seepage prevention system”:

(1) Main seepage barrier: HDPE textured geomembrane is used, with the rough surface increasing the friction coefficient to ensure slope stability.

(2) Secondary self-healing layer: Sodium bentonite waterproofing blanket (GCL) is laid, its water-swelling property providing a “self-healing” function, serving as a double guarantee.

(3) Drainage and drainage layer: Composite drainage net or water storage and drainage board is used to quickly drain leachate, reducing pressure on the main membrane.

3.Core Advantages

(1) Zero permeability standard: Changfeng HDPE geomembrane has a permeability coefficient of less than 1×10⁻¹³ cm/s, providing a near-absolute seepage barrier.

(2) UV Resistance 50+ Years: Utilizing 100% virgin resin with added anti-aging agents, it guarantees a service life of over 50 years even under direct sunlight.

(3) Slope Stability Improved by 60%: The textured surface design provides a significantly higher interfacial friction angle than smooth surfaces, supporting steeper slopes and increasing landfill capacity.
